As I posted before, my daughter and I will be spending two nights in Manchester this summer. we have plans to visit the Robert Frost Farm, the Currier Museum, and have booked our tour of the Zimmerman House. We are staying at the Ash Street Inn. We are looking for a place (or two) for a light dinner. We don%26#39;t need appetizers, alcoholic beverages or desserts. We like salads, sandwiches, wraps. Healthful and inexpensive to moderately priced. When we travel, we usually enjoy breakfast at our hotel or B%26amp;B, snack during the day, and have a late lunch/early dinner.
I did see that there is a cafe at the Currier, any feedback on that?
An added bonus would be if any restaurant that might meet our needs would also be within walking distance of the Ash Street Inn.
Thank you TA, always appreciate your input.
Restaurant ideas
Check out this post. I was just there a few weeks ago and posted the exact same question to the locals. I got quite a few suggestions.
I did go to the Red Arrow diner. Excellent and cheap! I also went to Fratello%26#39;s for a great dinner. I can highly recommend both places. tripadvisor.com/ShowTopic-g46128-i1597-k2728…
my post ended up in the Jackson forum by mistake.

Ask your innkeeper for some suggestions, they will most likely know all the good places to try.
I really love Jewell and the Beanstalk on Somerville St. for b-fast and lunch as well. Very healthy and yummy. You didn%26#39;t mention pizza but I have to recommend 900 degrees on Dow St. as atmosphere and food is great, and it%26#39;s such a bargain!
