I was wondering if anyone has stayed at this resort/condo community and what your experience was.
Thank you!

I recommend LMG. I stayed there in Oct 2004 for 5 nights. Excellent location, room and property well maintained, friendly staff. I would not stay anywhere else now that I have stayed at LMG. Enjoy.
Is this place good for a ';romantic get-away'; gift for a couple celebrating their 25th wedding anniversary?
Looking for a fun place, but not too kid-oriented, near to outlet or craft-type shopping.
It looks nice, but there%26#39;s nothing like input from real travelers.
Thanks,
I haven%26#39;t stayed at this resort, but have looked extensively into it in the past. Go to the website and check out the six different resort accomodations. I know there are some very elegant looking suites and penthouses that would be ideal for a romantic getaway. www.luxurymountaingetaways.com
It%26#39;s 10 minutes north of North Conway village, so away from the congestion of the outlet strip. But the outlets are still only about 15-20 minutes local driving time.
Thanks for writing, Powie. That%26#39;s exactly what I was thinking after checking out several options. The other I was considering was the Comfort Inn. But if I don%26#39;t book soon, I%26#39;ll get too busy... so think I%26#39;ll go with the Luxury Mountain Getaways for my sister %26amp; brother-in-law. Hope they like it!
LOOKING!!! Comfort Inn?!?! You had BETTER go with LMG!! For a 25th wedding anniversary, somebody is going to be mighty upset to pull up to a Comfort Inn!!
Besides, the Comfort Inn is right down amongst the outlets on the southern end of the strip, with all the traffic....
By all means stay at LMG. We stayed for 5 nights in December 2004. 2 teen daughters, 11-year-old son, and my wife and I. My son got to see snow and ski for the first time. He was ecstatic to learn yesterday we are heading back this December. We were in a 2 Bedroom deluxe in Nordic village. Very Clean and homey with great amenities. BUT...the beds were the worst we have ever slept in. I travel a lot for the DOD and I will say these were the worst beds I have ever slept in. My wife and kids all left with sore backs. Sleeping on the floor was more preferred.
With that said however, I discussed the beds with the wonderful staff and they apologized but also said that each unit is individually owned so each could have a different bed.
Regardless, we are heading back up this December. We are also looking at the Grand Summit at Attitash...but have not seen as good of reviews on it. So my vote is to go back to LMG. We loved the Christmas decor, sleigh ride, hot pool, and I liked the Gym. Only complaint from me was the bed and no high-speed Internet. But if you are looking for clean rooms, excellent amenities, relaxation, wonderful staff, romantic time or family time, I would highly recommend LMG.
Doesn%26#39;t get a lot better than LMG.

Powie %26amp; joreed ~ thanks for writing. Yeah, I guess Comfort Inn wouldn%26#39;t be very nice, no matter how nice, for your 25th!
So, I booked the LMG for my sister %26amp; husband %26amp; they are psyched! I%26#39;m told that they can use the gym %26amp; pools on-site. No. Conway (%26amp; shopping) is 6 miles away. They%26#39;ll be at the Nordic Highlands, which I hope has good beds. (bad backs, oh boy!)
We%26#39;ll see....
';always'; looking!
Six-months ago, my husband and I stayed at Nordic Highlands, which is a part of Luxury Mountain Getaways resorts, and I still find myself thinking about how great the accommodations were. As we were traveling to the resort, I was so concerned that it was some sort of scam because I found it on the internet, the rates were a bargain...and I had paid for it in full because I made the reservations within a day of arrival. I was absoluetly relieved upon entering and inspecting the unit. It was beautiful, it had a great view, and, most importantly (to me), it was very clean. Check out their site...we found our unit to be exactly as what is depicted in some of the photos.
Also, the first night we were there, we ate dinner at the Red Fox Grill which is near the resort. The food and service was so good that we ate all our dinners there--we didn%26#39;t want to miss out on such a good experience by trying another restaurant.
