Where to stay?? Lincoln/conway

we are planning for a 3-day memorial day weekend visit to see all the Attractions at Mount washington. Could you let us know which location would be helpful to cover all the attractions? Any reviews/opinion about Profile Motel/cottages at Lincoln?Appreciate any help??

Hi nhvisitor 79 - there are alot of great places to stay in Lincoln, Conway, Jackson Bartlett, Berlin. It would help if you could furnish more info as to:

what are your must see attractions

what tupe of accomodations and price are you looking for

will you have children and is storyland in your plans

do you want to do alot of driving around the area

is shopping important

The more info the responders have, the easier it is to really help make your w/e special.

We found Jackson to be the ideal central area to stay while visiting these attractions. We stayed at the Eagle Mountain House, which we loved. However, there are many other accommodations in Jackson, so do a search if you are interested. Have a great trip.

Lincoln is a nice area and centrally located. Have you looked into Indian Head Resort? Their cottages are in the woods, quiet and quaint. We were there over last Columbus Day (2008) and despite the rain had a wonderful time.

Wherever you end up, you must stop by Truant%26#39;s Tavern for something to eat!! This is right down the road in N. Woodstock.

Also, be sure to check out the Rocky Gorge.
